Having been a part of Dover Behavioral Health System since 2007, I am very proud of the staff commitment to our customers.

Our mission statement of "Caring, Consistent and Collaborative HealthCare" coupled with our Service Excellence Standards: Treat Everyone as a Guest, Demonstrate Professional and Excellence in the things I do, and Practice Teamwork, are the core of our operations and have enabled us to be successful.

In fact, Dover Behavioral Health has grown to become a behavioral health leader in Delaware, offering inpatient and day hospital services to both adult and adolescents.

We view providing high quality services to our patients, families, and referral sources not only as our responsibility but also our pleasure.
