- Picture Identification is required
- Only 2 visitors allowed to visit at a time
- No one under 12 permitted to visit without a physician's order
- No cell phones or purses allowed during visitation
- Only parents and/or guardians may visit adolescent patients
- Clergy may visit at any time but it is strongly recommended that they call the nurse's station to make arrangements
